Yes, we focus on nutrition, strength training, fat loss, habits, and accountability. But lasting change goes deeper than knowing what to eat or how to train.
Your health is connected to your identity, your emotions, your discipline, your stress, your motherhood, and your faith.
That is why faith is woven into my coaching. Not in a forced or preachy way, but as a foundation. Because when hunger, stress, temptation, emotional eating, or discouragement show up, willpower alone usually is not enough.
You do not have to be a Christian to work with me. I coach women from many different backgrounds and walks of life. But my coaching will always include faith because I believe health and spirituality are inextricably linked.
